These terms apply to the international access and subscription services provided by CeeVPN. By accessing, signing up for, or using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, stop using the relevant services. Plan details, the Privacy Policy, and notices directly related to specific features supplement these terms.

Service Content and Scope

CeeVPN provides international route connections, subscription configurations, and client access for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The service is designed to improve cross-border access paths and connection quality. Actual performance may be affected by the user’s location network, destination, device settings, route maintenance, and the status of third-party services.

Routes, access points, and client features may change due to maintenance, security measures, or operating conditions. CeeVPN may reasonably switch routes, adjust capacity, update clients, and modify technical solutions. Included traffic, validity, and billing rules are based on the information shown when a plan is selected and the records in the user panel.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login details, subscription credentials, and client configurations, and are responsible for activity under their accounts. If credentials are exposed, an unusual login is detected, or a subscription is controlled by someone else, change the password promptly and stop distributing the relevant configuration.

The service has no device limit, but devices must be under the actual control of the registered user. An unlimited device allowance does not grant permission to resell, rent out, or publicly distribute the service. Users may not sell subscriptions, publicly share accounts or subscription credentials, or provide unauthorized access to others through bulk distribution or automated calls. The account holder is responsible for traffic usage, invalid configurations, or account risks caused by shared credentials.

Compliance Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where their destination is located. CeeVPN may not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights, or interference with the normal operation of networks and systems. Prohibited activities include fraud, distributing malicious programs, unauthorized system access, sending abusive content, infringing intellectual property, or otherwise harming the lawful interests of third parties.

Users must independently determine whether their accessed content and activities are lawful. CeeVPN provides network connectivity and route management, and does not authorize content that users choose to access, upload, download, or transmit. Upon receiving a valid abuse report or identifying clearly abnormal activity, the service may take necessary measures such as limiting connections, suspending a subscription, or terminating an account.

Service Availability and Liability

CeeVPN will provide maintenance according to route and system conditions, but does not guarantee a fixed outcome for any specific region, website, application, or uninterrupted connection. Carrier network changes, operating system updates, device settings, public network quality, third-party platform rule changes, and uncontrollable infrastructure events may cause slower connections, brief interruptions, or partial feature unavailability.

Users should save their own data before important operations and choose routes according to their circumstances. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CeeVPN is not liable beyond the scope of the subscription service provided for direct or indirect losses caused by user configuration errors, exposed credentials, violations of these terms, changes to third-party services, or uncontrollable factors.

Refunds and Account Termination

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 14 days of the first payment. Submit refund requests through the service entry in the user panel so the associated account and order records can be verified. After a refund is completed, the subscription benefits associated with that payment may stop, and users must stop using the related subscription configuration.

If a user resells or publicly shares a subscription, uses the service for unlawful activity, interferes with system operations, evades normal billing procedures, impersonates another user, or repeatedly violates these terms, CeeVPN may limit features, suspend service, or terminate the account according to the severity of the impact. After termination, users may not continue using expired subscription credentials.

Changes and Applicability

CeeVPN may revise these terms in response to changes in service features, operating rules, or applicable law. Revisions will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed accordingly. Important changes affecting user rights will be explained in a visible notice within the site. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

If any part of these terms is found to be inapplicable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Where specific page details differ from these terms, clear instructions for the relevant plan, feature, or process take precedence for that matter. Any matter not expressly covered remains subject to these terms.
