Identify the Issue Type
First indicate whether the issue concerns your account, subscription, payment, refund, client import, or route connection. If it involves a subscription plan, you may include its name, but do not paste the subscription URL on a public page.
Provide Your Environment
State the platform you are using, such as Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or Linux, and indicate where the problem occurs in the client. If the page shows an error message, submit it exactly as displayed.
Record the Route and Symptoms
For route issues, include the selected region, route type, destination, approximate time of the problem, and what happened after switching routes. This helps distinguish local network, client configuration, and route-selection factors.
Attach Necessary Screenshots
Screenshots should include the error message and relevant settings area. Before submitting, check the image for passwords, complete subscription URLs, payment credentials, or other unrelated information.
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are enough. After entering the user panel, you can view ticket history and follow-up replies in the Ticket Center.
