From Account Setup to Connection Verification

CeeVPN Beginner's Guide

This streamlined setup path covers only the essential actions. Follow the page order to set up your account, choose a plan, import the subscription and check the connection for a repeatable workflow.

ACCOUNT

Create an account and open the user panel

Start by opening the CeeVPN account setup page. Registration is kept simple: choose a username and password, with no email address required. Use a unique combination for the username and store your credentials in a trusted password manager to protect your plan, subscription and order information.

After submitting the form, open the user panel. If the browser remains on the login screen, sign in with the username and password you just set. Once inside, confirm that the page shows the current account before choosing a plan. There is no need to look for an installer or configure system networking yet; the account is where your plan and subscription are managed, so completing this step first keeps the rest of the process clear.

If the username is already taken, try another one that is easy for you to recognize. If a network interruption delays the redirect, do not submit the form repeatedly; return to the login page and check whether the account was created. More login and credential guidance is collected in Frequently Asked Questions; account recovery and other branches are outside this guide.

PLAN

Choose a plan and place your order

In the plans section of the user panel, first distinguish monthly subscriptions from data packages based on how you use the service. Monthly options are ¥9.9 per month for 60GB, ¥18 per month for 250GB, and ¥28 per month for 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. Data packages are ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB; they remain valid until used and never expire.

If you use the service consistently each month, a monthly subscription makes budgeting easier. If your usage is irregular or concentrated in a few periods, a data package lets you match spending to actual consumption. All plans support unlimited device count, although that does not mean every device must be configured at the same time. When getting started, connect and verify one primary device first, then repeat the same process on others.

After choosing a plan, review the order page and confirm the plan name, data allowance and price. Then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. If you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days; do not create the same order again from an old page. After payment, return to the user panel, wait for the plan status to update, and continue to retrieve your subscription. The plans described here include a 14-day no-questions-asked refund; see the terms and FAQs for the application path and rules.

Get Your Subscription from the Account Overview

After the plan becomes active, open the account overview and find the current subscription section. It normally shows the plan status, remaining data and subscription controls together. Copy the subscription link, then paste it into the client's import field. The link lets the client read the routes available to your account, so you do not need to enter server parameters one by one.

Treat the subscription link as part of your account credentials. Do not post it on public websites, in public groups or in screenshots. To use it on another device, transfer it through a trusted private channel, or sign in to the user panel on the target device and copy it again. Make sure the link is copied in full, without leading or trailing spaces, and do not mistake the user-panel URL in the browser address bar for the subscription link.

If a guide needs to show the shape of a link, use an obvious placeholder such as https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. It cannot connect to any service and does not represent a real subscription format. In practice, copy only the content generated in your account panel. This page does not provide a static subscription link or ask you to edit fields in one manually.

If the subscription entry is not yet visible in the account overview, check the order and plan status instead of repeatedly refreshing the client. While an order is processing, the client cannot retrieve a valid configuration. If the plan is active but the entry looks incorrect, submit an account-related issue in the ticket area.

Open Account Overview After copying, continue with the client for your platform
CLIENT

Import the Client on Each Platform

Get both the client and subscription from the user panel; static installers are not provided on marketing pages. Open the client download area, choose the platform for your device and follow the panel instructions. After installation, import the subscription link copied in the previous section. Configure one client first to avoid multiple network tools taking control of the same device at once and making troubleshooting harder.

WIN

Windows

Choose the Windows client in the user panel and install it. After launching, open subscription or configuration management, choose “Import Subscription” or “Add from Link,” paste the complete subscription link and confirm. Once the client updates, a route list should appear. Keep system proxy and connection settings at their defaults initially, select a route near your destination, and continue to verification.

MAC

macOS

Get the macOS client from the user panel. On first launch, macOS may ask for permission to use a network extension or add a VPN configuration; follow the system prompt, or traffic may not use the selected route even if the client shows that the configuration was imported. After granting permission, paste the link in the subscription or configuration section, update it, and choose a destination from the route list.

AND

Android

Open the Android client download entry from the panel and install it. In the client, look for “Add Subscription” in the side menu or subscription management page, choose import by link, paste the link, save and update. When the first connection is created, Android will show a VPN permission prompt; confirm it so the client can establish the network tunnel. Return to the main screen, choose a route and connect without entering a server address manually.

IOS

iOS

Select iOS in the user panel and follow the page instructions to get the compatible client from the App Store. After installation, open subscription management and add the configuration by link; some clients call this “Add Remote Configuration” or “Import from URL.” On the first connection, follow the system prompt to allow the VPN configuration, then return to the client and choose a route. Copy subscription content from the panel rather than using shared configurations from unknown sources.

If the route list is empty after import, run “Update Subscription” once. If the client says it cannot recognize the link format, copy it again from the account overview and check that the beginning, end and parameter section are intact. Client permissions, system proxy modes and per-app rules are more advanced topics; see the selection guide for route and usage guidance, and use Frequently Asked Questions for platform-specific troubleshooting.

VERIFY

Connect to a Route and Verify It

Return to the client's main screen and choose a destination from the updated route list. Focus on the service you want to access rather than geographic distance alone: for services in Japan, start with a Tokyo route; for services in Hong Kong, start with a Hong Kong route. If a service specifies a region, choose an exit in that region. Start the connection and wait until the client status remains Connected.

Connection status is only the first check. Open CeeVPN's My IP page and confirm that the current exit location matches the selected region. To reduce the effect of browser cache, also open a regular page you have not visited before and check whether your frequently used apps load normally. If the browser works but an app does not, the issue is usually specific to that app's network policy or per-app settings, so there is no need to replace the entire subscription immediately.

If the exit location has not changed, disconnect first. Then check whether the client has enabled system proxy or VPN mode and confirm that system permission was granted. Reconnect after making adjustments and check again. If a route connects but the destination loads inconsistently, compare another route in the same region. Change one setting at a time so you can identify what made a difference.

After verification, keep the working route as your daily option and update the subscription in the client regularly to sync the configurations available to your account. When changing devices, repeat “sign in to the panel, get the client, copy the subscription, import it, verify” in that order; there is no need to create another account. For deeper checks involving DNS, per-app connections or system permissions, read How to Check Exit IP, DNS and Per-App Connections.

Client Status The selected route shows as connected
Exit Check The IP location matches the destination region
App Check Verify the browser and frequently used apps separately
